Registration code from renewal notification (emailed to genetic counselor, 60 days before the renewal date)
If you did not receive one, you can request another one by following the information in Step 4 (below).
Process:
Sign in to IN portal. The login must be an email address.
Note: There has been a change in which portal is used. In the past, there were two ways to get to the renewal function. Now, you are required to login through "Access Indiana" to do the renewal.
Click on the icon "Enterprise Licensing".
If there is a "MyLicense One" icon, select that one instead and jump to Step 5 or 6
Click on "Renew License" under the Menu bar and then click "Continue" for Genetic Counselor.
Have you received the registration code?
If Yes, click on the link titled "MyLicense One".
If No, click on the link follow the link to request it again.
You will then be prompted to type in your first and last name. Make sure to use the name on your Indiana license. Refer to their registration page to double check.
The next screen will be another dashboard. I promise, we're almost to the renewal.
If no license numbers are listed, click on the link "Don't see your license?" It will then ask for your Indiana license number & registration code.
Page will then refresh and you should be able to then see your license information. FYI, it is known to be slow, so refresh the page if the information is not appearing.
Let's finally begin! Click on the three dots under Actions and select "Renew License".
This is particularly slow. You may have to click on it a few times until it takes you to the next page.
Review license info & mailing address.
Answer disclosure questions.
Fill out survey. Here are some things to look out for.
Q #11: Select "Yes" if you do not live in Indiana

Review summary.
Pay the renewal fee. A receipt will be emailed to you.
Tips and Tricks:
The expiration date should update immediately on the "Enterprise Licensing" dashboard. If not, you can check later at the same place or on the IN verification website.
You can also download a copy of the license in the same location. A copy WILL NOT be mailed to you.
